"I love the Community Children's Center. I feel very comfortable leaving my child there. I appreciate the gentle nature of the teachers." - Center Parent

At the Community Children's Center (CCC), we strive to provide children with a consistent daily rhythm, a safe and inviting environment and age and developmentally appropriate, nourishing experiences. Our qualified teachers are warmly responsive to the needs of each child. We keep our child-to-teacher ratios lower than most other child care centers and lower than the state requires.

Please come and visit. You and your child are always welcome.

"Children need experiences with wind, dirt, mud, water: experiences with other children, grandparents, running walking, flowers, books, smells, gardens, balls, soft things, hard things, music, moving, trains - short happy experiences - with grocery stores, libraries, bookstores. Experiences with wood, building, rolling, swinging, clouds, rain. And they need to talk about them, ask questions, point, make noise - in short to use language with all of their experiences."  - Bev Bos, Before the Basics
